On the Fallacy of Military Inaction

Joint Chiefs Can't Handle The Truth

 

I often read or hear that the military has no place in addressing the treason and radical socialistic "change" that Obama and his administration are unconstitutionally foisting upon the American people.  They say that the constitution itself restricts their action to remove the domestic enemy from office.  But this argument is a fallacy.  The constitution does not protect its own destruction and the limits of military involvement assumes a legitimate president.  The fact that Obama is not eligible to hold the office he now occupies changes the rules.  Under the circumstance of a legitimate president I agree that the military has no obligation or duty to act. Such was the case under Clinton.  However, under the very real situation we find ourselves where the person in office is not legitimately holding office the military situation changes.  As it is now the military has a duty and obligation to protect and preserve the constitution, and specifically, they are to remove Obama from office by any means necessary and restore the constitution and a legitimate president to office.  Obama, as a result of his own fraud is a domestic enemy.  The inaction now displayed by the Joint Chiefs of Staff is pure cowardice and a dereliction of duty to the American people. That is the truth which the Joint Chiefs simply can't handle.

(a) That the accused committed an act of cowardice;

(b) That this conduct occurred while the accused was before or in the presence of the enemy; and

(c) That this conduct was the result of fear.

The reason that the Nation and the world are in a dramatic socialist decline is because of cowardice among our military leaders.  These eunuchs are permitting the decline and death of the Historic American Representative Republic.  They are all a disgrace to the uniform and to the history of American Revolutionary Spirit.  It is no wonder that they are willing to accept gays in their ranks (they are tired of bunking alone).

This is the beginning of the result of Obama's ignorant foreign policies.  Many innocent people will now die as a consequence.  BHO and his team of socialist idiots think they understand and control events but they are about to reap the whirlwind and take the United States down with them.

Upon swearing in, Obama usurps the office of President of the United States.  Along with his many acts of perjury and fraud, both prior to his election and continuously ongoing thereafter, Barack Hussein Obama is in the act of Usurpation.  He does so on the belief that his fraud is too big to fail.  This intentional deception is occurring under the nose of the Legislative Branch, Judicial Branch and the US Military.  Proving that idiots are easy to fool, but the people are not.  Obama meets the act and intent of criminal usurper.  BHO is guilty of Usurpation.

This image shows Obama signing legislation.  He has done so on several occasions.  It is documentation of just one of Obama's many acts of fraud.  Each time he represents himself as the President of the United States, signs a letter, makes an official phone call, or signs legislation, he is committing an act of fraud.  Obama, knowing he is now, and has always been ineligible to be POTUS, intentionally continues to do these acts thereby meeting both the act and intent of fraud.  He does so believing that his fraud is too big to fail. Barack Hussein Obama is guilty of fraud.

When Obama signed the notice of intent shown above, he did so with full knowledge of his ineligibility.  He signed with the intention of deceiving the American people and understood that to do so was perjury.  He also believed that he would get away with it because, like Hitler before him, he follows the 'Big Lie' theory.  Thus, we have both the act and the intent of perjury.  Barack Hussein Obama is guilty of perjury.

Solemn Reflection

Let us remember those who are now serving and those who have served over-time in the just cause of protecting our Nation and individual freedom worldwide.  We must never forget the sacrifice of those brave and courageous American heroes. Today we give solemn thanks and fervent prayers for their continued protection and success in their endeavors even in the face of a corrupt and morally bankrupt civilian leadership.  We ask that God show his favor upon our Nation again and restore us to our historic precepts.
