Obama's Nation Building Failures

Obama's support of the Muslim Brotherhood in Libya has had dramatic spillover throughout the Middle East.  Syria is in deep trouble as the unrest there (fomented by Obama) is driven by the Brotherhood.  Now, Obama is pressuring Israel to surrender the Golan Heights to Syria.  This is the most strategically important geography to Israel's security.  The collective foreign policy and domestic policy failures of this administration is staggering.  It is time to impeach the criminal usurper now before he initiates full-blown World War Three.

Admiral Boob Strikes Again

Admiral 'Boob' Mullen, the disgraceful, dishonorable and weak-minded member of the Joint-Chumps-Of-Staff stated today that the fleeing al-Qaida insurrectionists are losing because of  "bad weather".  He will have to wait before he can support our Islamo-fascist enemies. He says coalition aircraft can't see the Libyan government forces on the ground, so he, I mean, NATO, can't get them.  So are we to believe that NATO forces are not equipped, like the French Rafale fighter, with FLIR?  (FLIR is an all-weather combat effective radar system).

Obama, Mullen, liars, cowards, traitors.  In the end they will fail, as all tyrants do.  The unfortunate thing is they have done so much damage to the nation and to the world.  And sadly, because there is now a culture of incompetence and cowardice among our military leaders so much more damage is yet to be inflicted upon the American people.

Eligibility Trial

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has agreed to hear arguments in regards to Obama's eligibility.  While this court is the most overturned court in the United States, and the farthest left,  it is a big step forward in the interest of the American People vs. The Criminal Usurper.  It will be very interesting to hear and see the details once discovery is started and arguments commence in this matter.  I am cautiously optimistic that Obama's crimes will be brought to light and that he be held accountable.  I remain guarded however in that it is perfectly conceivable with this court that during discovery it is overwhelmingly determined by evidence submitted, or withheld, that Obama is, in fact, ineligible to hold office, and that this court finds that the evidence is insufficient to warrant a recommendation to remove him from office.  And on-appeal, the Supreme Court refuses to hear the case!  At this point in time, given what we, as Americans, have endured under the criminal misconduct of Obama and his anti-American administration, I have almost no confidence that the 9th Circuit will give a legitimate ruling.  I sincerely pray I am wrong.

Fact and Fallacy

Tonight, Obama spun a yarn of irrational fallacy in his speech supposedly explaining his illegal and unconstitutional use of military force without the consent of Congress.  The level of lies is staggering and the simplistic excuses fall false on their face.  Any competent observer can deduce the shallowness of the usurper's claims.  Obama's world must truly be up-side-down.   To be sure the entire content of his speech was irrelevant lies and deception.  The only valid points of consideration are the following, which were completely absent from his obtuse rant.  To wit:

1. Was the action legal in the context of the Constitution and Rule-of-Law, including the war-powers act?

2. Was Congress notified, and was proper consent given in accordance with the above?

3. Were the Rebel agents illegally armed insurrectionists worthy of Libyan government suppression under international law?

4. Were the Rebel opposition aligned with enemies of the United States?

The answer to these questions is what has placed Obama in the position of taking illegal and unconstitutional action in direct contempt of the Congress and Constitution.  He has committed an impeachable offense and has undermined the Constitution and Rule-of-Law.  The ends do not justify the means.  Barack Hussein Obama, is a criminal usurper and fraud and should be impeached for his crimes against the United States and the American People.  To accept his irrational doctrine of "Responsibility-to-act" is to subvert the Constitution, subvert the rule-of-law, and subvert the Congress to the whim of the President.  This is an unacceptable usurpation of power and is in direct opposition to the idea of a Constitutional Republic.  Congress must act now to impeach this imposter.

A Call To Congress

In his speech tonight, Obama failed to adequately justify the legality of his actions in Libya.  This is because there is no plausible explanation.  He intentionally acted in contempt of Congress and the Constitution.  His actions are illegal and irrational.  This post is a call upon Congress to act in accordance with the rule-of-law and hold Obama accountable for his illegal actions.  This is a call to impeach Barack Hussein Obama for his criminal acts against the Constitution and people of the United States.

False Leader, False Doctrine

Tonight, the criminal usurper did exactly what this blogger expected.  He lied through his teeth.  There is no "responsibility to act" in the constitution.  This is a false doctrine.  Any doctrine must comport with constitutional law, and fall within the enumerated powers of the Chief Executive.  This false doctrine does neither.  By fiat, Obama has expanded the powers of the president to take any and all military action he defines without constraint or congressional approval.  This is an illegal and unconstitutional doctrine and Obama's actions in Libya are likewise illegal and unconstitutional.  He has committed an impeachable offense.  If the congress fails to act and hold him accountable to the constitution, then Obama has succeeded in the total takeover of our nation as dictator.  For he has given himself absolute power to declare any circumstance of his liking as militarily "actionable"  without the consent of congress.  Thus, he has elevated himself above the rule of law, and can act without constraint.  Obama's speech tonight failed to meet the constitutional requirements in justifying his actions.  The stage is now set for impeachment.

Don't Want To Hear Obama

We know the lies he will tell, we know the false arguments and fallacies.  We know the illegal and unconstitutional pseudo-doctrine of "responsibility-to-protect'.  We know Obama's incremental socialism and what it means for America, we know his "too big to fail" financial failures.  We know the tremendous damage Obama has done to the Nation and to the World.  We know his treason in arming and giving aid and comfort to the terrorist jihadi rebels who are now killing our soldiers in theater.  We want to hear from Congress!  We want Obama held accountable for his actions.  We want Obama impeached for the high crimes he has committed against the American People.  We don't want to hear from this criminal fraud.  We want the rule-of-law applied!  Restore our Republic and protect and defend the constitution now!

Heavenly Father we pray and give thanks for your many blessings.  We ask for your protection of our service members who are now in harm's way at home and abroad.  We pray for Your intervention in the removal of the criminal usurper who disregards the safety and sovereignty of our nation and puts our soldiers and citizens in greater danger by his illegal and unconstitutional acts.  We pray also, that you deliver us from the ill intent of the atheistic socialists among our government who seek to oppress us under an unelected global elite.  This we ask in the name of Your Son, and our Lord, Jesus Christ, Amen.

Obama Finances Al-Qaida

In addition to providing al-Qaida with surface-to-air-missiles, Obama has now given the terrorist enemies of the United States access to massive financing through Libyan oil fields.  Now the most radical elements of the Islamic jihadi network will have access to millions, if not billions, of petrol-dollars to fund the spreading Islamo-fascist Caliphate.  The extent of Obam's treason is expanding every day.

Success is Failure

 

On Monday, Obama and his criminal regime, buttressed by the MSM (including FoxNews) will report that the US action in Libya is a success. He will claim that the military action was urgent, that Gadhafi was going to kill his own people, that the United States has an obligation to intervene to "save lives".  We will hear that the 'rebels' want democracy.  What we will hear is utter nonsense.  What we will hear will be the exact opposite of the truth. In truth, Obama has given material aid and comfort to the active and sworn enemies of the United States.  He has committed the greatest act of treason in the history of the free world.  By his illegal and unconstitutional actions he has armed the enemies of the United States, and supported those who have killed American soldiers in the field.  He has created the opportunity for al-Qaida to arm and organize as a formal military force.  He has given them surface-to-air missiles, and other arms previously unavailable to them.  He has acted outside of constitutional authority, he has subverted Congress, and has suborned the United States to the U.N.  Obama is in contempt of the constitution, acting without authority or constraint, and as such is a clear and present danger to the solvency of our Nation.  No greater threat exists to our way of life that the continuance of this man in the office of POTUS.   His actions and policies are irrational and in-congruent with United States interests and security.  By creating the opportunity for al-Qaida to obtain surface-to-air missiles, he has directly increased the threat to American citizens and soldiers and has completely abrogated his presidential obligation and duty to protect and defend the interests and security of the United States.  That is the truth you will not hear on Monday.  And it is the truth, that what will be announced as success, is in actuality a failure of the grandest scale.
UPDATE: Gates acknowledges, inadvertently, that Obama's actions toward Libya are an impeachable offense.  Just one of several, IMHO.

Obama Arms Al-Qaida

Obama's illegal action in Libya has allowed al-Qaida to obtain Libyan missiles, and other advanced arms, and begin to order themselves into a more formally organized army.  By aiding and abetting the jihadi rebels, Obama has provided the opportunity for our enemies to stockpile weapons they had not previously had access to.  Obama, has now intentionally armed the Muslim radicals who have been, and are now, killing American troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.  In some cases, these are the very same individuals who where in active combat against our soldiers in those regions.  In modern history, there is no singular person who has committed a greater act of treason against their own country, than Obama facilitating and arming the very terrorists who are killing our young men and women in uniform.  To Obama, this is success.

The Shill Tries Again

Last night Bill 'The Shill' O'Reilly tried again to shovel O'bama's manure in defense of the unconstitutional military action in Libya.  Having dropped the false claims of 'Urgency' and 'Killing his own people' he resorted to the lie that America should take military action in any case "to save lives" generally.  The contention is asinine.  There are specifically delineated limits to the commitment of U.S. troops for any military action, and in the context of the rule of law, these enumerated limits must be followed, and if not, the unlawful actor must be held accountable by law.  In the case of Obama, he is a known criminal usurper, ineligible to hold office, and until proven otherwise, his acts and orders are null and void.   To be sure, there is more credibility to the claim that our military should take kinetic action to remove Obama, than to do the same of Gadhafi.
UPDATE: The Shill tries to further the false 'responsibility-to-protect' argument from the Sunstein/Power school of unconstitutional and illegal use of United States military force.  And once again, he falls on his face. What part of unconstitutional don't you understand, Mr. O'Reilly?

Unless Or Until

Our nation now suffers under an unconstitutional criminal regime.  Their policies, which are known and well documented, are in direct opposition to the interests of the people of the United States.  Following the un-American teachings of the Frankfurt School, Cloward-Piven and Saul Alynski, this administration is in contempt of the Constitution and acting outside of its legal constraints.  This is a fact.  So therefore, unless or until the sworn protectors of our constitution uphold their oaths our nation, as we know it, shall be destroyed from within.  It is the duty of the Senate to hold the Executive branch accountable to the law and constitution and in this they must perform their obligation!  If they fail to uphold the constitution, then we shall be forced to do so on our own.

Root Causes

Samantha Power, Obama and Soros.  The root causes of the failure of our economy, foreign relations, sovereignty.  The root cause of the disastrous and illegal action in Libya. The root cause of the end of the rule-of-law, the root cause of contempt for the constitution by this administration, and ultimately, the root cause of the decline of the United States.  If we implement a corrective to these root causes, we restore the Republic and return our nation to honor.

Now What?

Now what?  Obama has ignored the constitution on his eligibility, he has ignored the constitution on his health care agenda, he has ignored the constitution on the rule-of-law via Holder, he has suborned Congress to the UN and now, he has ignored the constitution by illegally and unconstitutionally committing troops to Libya.  Our national leaders have abrogated both the Law and Constitution to protect a criminal fraud and usurper.  Obama demonstrates that in this Nation there is now no law, and no constitution.  If allowed to continue, our nation is dead, and our freedom gone.  It is far past time to remove the criminal fraud from office for crimes against the United States.

Bill The Shill

Tonight Bill O'Reilly based his discussion on Libya on two false claims.  First the claim of urgency, and second the claim of killing his [Gadhafi's] own people.  To dispel the two claims simultaneously the justification for action made by the Obama administration and ignorantly parroted by Bill 'the shill' O'Reilly that there was an over-riding urgency to protect the people of Libya from slaughter by Gadhafi are false on their face.  The truth is that the only persons under fire from the Gadhafi government troops were the armed insurrectionists who had retreated to Benghazi.  Every sovereign state has the right and obligation to put-down an armed insurrection.  Both Obama and O'Reilly are simply committing the usual fraud associated with this administration.  Tonight O'Reilly has shown his dramatic trend toward covering for the criminal fraud and treason of the Obama regime.  Shame on him.

Libyan Rebels Are US Enemies

Obama's military idiocy has empowered the radical Islamist Jihadi insurrectionists in Libya who are the sworn enemies of the United States.  Obama remains a criminal usurper and fraudulent pretender and as such is a domestic enemy to the United States.  Our feminized and cowardly military leadership has now joined with Al Qaida and is in full support of the murderers of American civilian and military personnel.  Obama and our Joint-Chiefs -of-Staff are a disgrace to the historic American military tradition and bring shame and dishonor to the United States military heritage.  Obama, and Admiral Mullens should be tried for high-treason and shot.  Our Nation no longer represents the "light upon the hill", but is in-stead the surrogate of tyranny worldwide.

Today on Fox News, Adm. Mullen's admitted that he has no definitive information as to what is happening on the ground in Libya, that he has no mission outside of the air strikes now completed and that he was completely unaware of the recent Russian demand to stop the coalition action.    The idiocy of the Joint Chiefs in blindly throwing punches at shadows and willingly following illegal orders of a criminal usurper, shows the great dishonor and shame Mullen's brings upon the proud tradition of the United States military and emphasizes the intentional treason now in progress within the Obama administration.  I repeat, the actions now being taken against Gadhafi should be employed against this criminal regime.  I pray for the restoration of the Historic Republic.

Collective Media Lies

Our national media is engaged in collective deception on the issue of Libya.  While this blog is no friend to Gadhafi, our media is not reporting the truth.  Gadhafi has been acting to suppress an armed insurrection which is made up of, and supported by, radical Islamic jihadi's interested in establishing a religious Islamic State.  Rather than accurately describing the revolt and the government response to it, the MSM, including Fox news, is claiming that Gadhafi is, "Killing his own people".  While it may be true that the Libyan government needs to change, supporting this terrorist element is tantamount to aiding and abetting the enemies of the United States.  Once again, the criminal usurper, Obama, is on the wrong side of the issue and on the wrong side of American interests.  And sadly, once again, our incompetent and cowardly military leadership shames the history of American fighting forces by submitting to the orders of an ineligible fraud and domestic enemy.  They should instead, be taking this action to remove Obama from office, and restore the former historic American republic.

In Support Of Al-Qaida

Obama today approved military action in support of al-Qaida opposition forces in Libya.  In an open action of treason against the United States, Obama ordered the incompetent military leadership of the US to fire a barrage of cruise missiles into the sovereign nation of Libya who were on the verge of suppressing an armed insurrection by radical Islamic jihadi rebels.  The al-Qaida opposition forces had been reduced to the city of Benghazi and were on the verge of being defeated by Libyan government troops.  Instead, the criminal usurper, Obama, hiding behind the skirts of the French, acted to support the terrorist rebels and prevent their destruction.

Today, the international community can understand the profound disgust the American people have for the Asshole-in-Chief, Obama.  In essence, he has destroyed the right of a Nation (Libya) to protect itself from internal insurrection.  This is not an argument in favor of the current ruler, but rather, the recognition of National Sovereignty.   Obama has willingly subjugated the US to an unelected international body (the UN) who is actively and violently aiding the insurrectionists in Libya.  It so happens that the 'Rebels' are supported by Muslin extremists who wish to impose Sharia Law and remove the secular leader.  Further, the entire regional uprising is modeled after the George Soros style socialist turn-over of governments practiced elsewhere.  To be sure, what we are witnessing in the middle east, is the model that Obama and Soros envision for America.  The leftist agitation of the Unions in WI is just the first step.  What is at stake here is the total elimination of individual nation states, for the world government under the UN, or similar unelected socialist body.  Recall, if you can, just a few short years ago the emphatic arguments made by the left in opposition to military action in Kuwait, and Iraq.  Where is the call for sanctions?  Where is the call for diplomacy?  Where is the anger about a war for oil?  It is now, and always has been lies. Obama has now extended his domestic crimes to the international stage.  As the cowards here do nothing, this evil man prevails.

On The Obama Birth Myth

Today the criminal usurper, Obama, got the message wrong again.  Similar to his failure and misunderstanding of every important political issue relevant to Americans today, the Vulgar King Jester has once again missed the point of his ineligibility.  While the location of his birth remains unproven, by his own acts of deception and obfuscation, this alone does not form the rational basis of doubt regarding his eligibility.  It is that he fails to meet the constitutional requirements to hold the Office of President of the United States and that he has, by fraud and perjury, usurped the office.  Regardless of birth location he is not  a "Natural born citizen". The reason he withholds the documentation is because it contains the material proof of his criminal fraud.  So laugh all you want, Obama, as you are the only fool who believes your own myth.  You are not protected by the truth of your claims, but by the cowardice of our Congress, Supreme Court and the great dishonor of our military leadership.  We, the American people, know what you are, we know what you are doing, and we despise you for your lack of honor, duty and character.  You are the specific domestic enemy the constitution was designed to protect us against.

I am tired of our weak and cowardly civilian and military leadership.  I am tired of being forced to be a pansy nation.  When looking at the history of international conflict, it becomes readily apparent that this current crisis is being handled by complete incompetence and cowardice.  As long as we are lead by this feminized usurper, we can expect a long and failing war.  Every aspect of this administrations policy on war and domestic issues has resulted in complete failure and national humiliation. This nation cries out for a strong and patriotic American leader  who places the interests of the American people above his own self-love.  We need a leader who is eligible and believable.  We need a leader who will be unafraid to utterly destroy our enemies and not invite them to infest our nation to destroy it from within.  It is an outrage and disgrace the way this administration and the socialist left coddle and aide our Islamic Jihadi foreign enemies. Further, we need a leadership who will openly state the nature of the Democratic Socialists as domestic enemies and have the fortitude to bring them to justice.  America needs to become the strong Nation she once was. I pray that we receive God's deliverance from this weak, corrupt and incompetent civilian and military leadership.

Tweedle Dumb and Tweedle Dee

Yesterday the two village idiots, Huckabee and O'Reilly, stated their unquestioning belief in Obama's birth myth implying that they have no doubts about the criminal usurper's eligibility.  In so doing, they gloss over the specific question as to Obama's status as a "Natural Born Citizen", which ,of course, is the germane issue.  Obama is an intentional criminal fraud and usurper regardless as to whether he was born in Hawaii or not.  The Prime Pinhead, O'Reilly himself stated that his staff had fully investigated the issue and that it is, or should be closed.  Yet, in the same manner of Obama, Mr. O'Reilly either refuses, or is unable to produce any sufficient documentation to support his contention.  We are left in the same position of being asked to accept the mere claim that Obama is eligible.  The fact of the matter is clear, the absence of evidence and refusal to release qualified material proves the claim of Obama's ineligibility.  We are a leaderless nation now managed by a criminal fool who is intent on our national deconstruction.  And that fool is being propped up by the likes of Tweedle Dumb and Tweedle Dee.

Death of a Nation

As long as the criminal usurper, Obama, remains in the White House our Nation will continue its decline into death.  Our citizens will continue to be murdered at home and abroad, and our soldiers will continue to be left in harms way without sufficient rules of engagement to achieve victory over our enemies.  Our leaders prop up a failed statesman who is a fraud and incompetent administrator at the peril of our Nation.  This blogger calls upon them to call Obama by name, Socialistic Domestic Enemy, and remove him from office.
