I often read or hear that the military has no place in addressing the treason and radical socialistic "change" that Obama and his administration are unconstitutionally foisting upon the American people.  They say that the constitution itself restricts their action to remove the domestic enemy from office.  But this argument is a fallacy.  The constitution does not protect its own destruction and the limits of military involvement assumes a legitimate president.  The fact that Obama is not eligible to hold the office he now occupies changes the rules.  Under the circumstance of a legitimate president I agree that the military has no obligation or duty to act. Such was the case under Clinton.  However, under the very real situation we find ourselves where the person in office is not legitimately holding office the military situation changes.  As it is now the military has a duty and obligation to protect and preserve the constitution, and specifically, they are to remove Obama from office by any means necessary and restore the constitution and a legitimate president to office.  Obama, as a result of his own fraud is a domestic enemy.  The inaction now displayed by the Joint Chiefs of Staff is pure cowardice and a dereliction of duty to the American people. That is the truth which the Joint Chiefs simply can't handle.

The reason that the Nation and the world are in a dramatic socialist decline is because of cowardice among our military leaders.  These eunuchs are permitting the decline and death of the Historic American Representative Republic.  They are all a disgrace to the uniform and to the history of American Revolutionary Spirit.  It is no wonder that they are willing to accept gays in their ranks (they are tired of bunking alone).

Upon swearing in, Obama usurps the office of President of the United States.  Along with his many acts of perjury and fraud, both prior to his election and continuously ongoing thereafter, Barack Hussein Obama is in the act of Usurpation.  He does so on the belief that his fraud is too big to fail.  This intentional deception is occurring under the nose of the Legislative Branch, Judicial Branch and the US Military.  Proving that idiots are easy to fool, but the people are not.  Obama meets the act and intent of criminal usurper.  BHO is guilty of Usurpation.

When Obama signed the notice of intent shown above, he did so with full knowledge of his ineligibility.  He signed with the intention of deceiving the American people and understood that to do so was perjury.  He also believed that he would get away with it because, like Hitler before him, he follows the 'Big Lie' theory.  Thus, we have both the act and the intent of perjury.  Barack Hussein Obama is guilty of perjury.

Let us remember those who are now serving and those who have served over-time in the just cause of protecting our Nation and individual freedom worldwide.  We must never forget the sacrifice of those brave and courageous American heroes. Today we give solemn thanks and fervent prayers for their continued protection and success in their endeavors even in the face of a corrupt and morally bankrupt civilian leadership.  We ask that God show his favor upon our Nation again and restore us to our historic precepts.

The White House today released a statement that Obama thinks Rahm is eligible for office.  He feels this way even though a lower court has determined Emanuel does not meet the eligibility requirement under the law.  Obama must feel since he doesn't have to prove his own eligibility neither should Rahm. All I have to say is this smells like eligibility fraud squared.  Can anybody say, 'Arbitrary Law'?

Tonight during the State Of The Union Address many members of congress have decided to intersperse themselves outside the normal seating arrangement of the chamber.  The stated reason has been to show solidarity in the face of the recent Tucson violence.  But make no mistake.  The sole purpose of this action is to temper the visual impact of a decreasing democratic base in the chamber.  When Obama announces his new socialist agenda instead of having the shrinking democratic-socialist half of the chamber erupt in mindless clatter, the crowd of national traitors will be spread throughout the house giving the impression of bilateral approval.  It is visual propaganda. The change in seating is nothing more than a soviet style deception and an attempt to hide the visual impact of the moral, ethical, and political divide Obama has foisted upon the American public.  Obama is a criminal fraud who has poisoned the body politic of our once great nation.

The White House claims that those Americans who question the eligibility of Obama to hold the office of President of the United States are irrational. Well call me irrational but upon which basis does the White House consider me so?  Is it that Obama himself refuses to settle the issue?  Is it that Hawaiian Gov. Abercrombie stated publicly that he could not locate the original birth certificate in the official vault?  Is it because the constitution has requirements? 

The White House is calling Americans irrational because we do not accept the mere claim that he is eligible.  We require legally verifiable substantive evidence that he is eligible.  Our claim is that it is the White House who is acting irrational in failing to produce the documents necessary to resolve the issue.  Our position is supported by the absence of Obam's birth certificate and the substantive claim that it does not exist.  This article from WND and the attached affidavit form, among other things, a rational basis upon which to challenge the mere claim that Obama is eligible.  He is not.  Barack Hussein Obama is a criminal fraud and pretender to the office of President of the United States.  No amount of Gibb's mindless blather will alter the fact.

GM, GE, Obama And Democratic Socialism

Controlling the means of production.  It can be done either cooperatively or coercively.  In the case of GM a little more coercion was required, in the case of GE a little cooperation (and a political appointment) was all that was necessary.  Ultimately the end result is the same.  Increasing nationalization and control of the private sector by government.  When one considers the actions of the Obama administration in this regard a certain historic precedence is recalled.  Consider this quote on the issue from the Library of Economics and Liberty website:

 Where socialism sought totalitarian control of a society’s economic processes through direct state operation of the means of production, fascism sought that control indirectly, through domination of nominally private owners. Barack Hussein Obama is a direct threat to our  republic and is the exact type of criminal usurper our constitution was design to protect against.  It is far past time our elected leaders in the House and Senate address the issue and remove the threat.

Over the weekend House Majority Leader Eric Cantor said that, "[He] believes Obama to be a natural-born US citizen.", but stopped short of calling those who continue to question Obama's eligibility "crazy".  He further stated that he felt that the issue had no place in contemporary policy debate.  These are interesting sentiments coming from a republican leader.  Generally, when one has a belief in something one should have a reasonable basis upon which to hold it.  So what is Mr. Cantor's basis to believe that Obama is a natural-born citizen?  Is it a sound legal basis built upon a review of all necessary and constitutionally required documentation, or is it a superficial non-legal 'feeling'?  Considering that Obama has obstinately refused to release any of his legal documentation, Mr. Cantor's basis can only be held on a superficial 'feeling' that Obama is eligible.  Such a feeling, I would suggest, is not legally sufficient and has no place in contemporary political policy.  Those among the thinking citizens who demand the release of legal proof of Obama's eligibility make their request upon the reasonable position that the constitutional requirements have not been met to prove Obama eligible for office.  Obama himself provides the rational basis for that position by flatly refusing to release them.  Not only does Obama's eligibility have a place in contemporary policy debate, it should be the number one topic of discussion and action at this time. So who's crazy now?

On Progressivism

Progressivism Today

The so-called Progressives consider themselves the party of the future.  The party that is constantly moving forward.  The party of progress.  But when one considers the political direction in which they are moving, one cannot but question the soundness of the claim.  In the context of American history, our nation has moved from a monarchy to a constitutional republic.  We have gone from Rex Lex to Lex Rex.  Or, to put it another way, from having been ruled by government, to having rule over government.  The history of American polity has been one of Adam Smith's laise-fare model in which government limits it's involvement in the private sector.  The entire history of American success and prosperity over-time has been the result of just such a model.  America has proven the inverse relation between government intervention and prosperity.  Experience shows that the less government gets involved, the greater personal and national success is achieved.  However, as the Progressives increased their political position and began moving the nation according to their socialist model we have devolved into something less as a nation.  The more the Progressives intervene and control the worse our economy becomes.  To be truly progressive in the context of history would require less government intervention and more individual freedom.  Progessivism today is in actuality Regressivism and ultimately leads to tyranny.  This is the path of the current administration and it is an intentional act of self-destruction.

What Matters Then, Matters Now

Among the many revealing statements made recently by the Governor of Hawaii, Neil Abercrombie, is a telling line that is informative of the true status of the ineligibility question.  According to an article on WorldNetDaily the governor, "Acknowledged the birth certificate issue will have "political implications" for the next presidential election "that we simply cannot have."  This comment comes along with the admission that Abercrombie could not find the original Obama birth certificate in the vital records vault.  If Abercrombie acknowledges that the absence of a birth certificate will matter in the next presidential election, why is the governor, and everyone else, not acknowledging that the lack of the birth certificate matters now?  It does.  Our congressional leaders in the House and Senate should immediately open an investigation into this issue and comport themselves in accordance with their Oaths of Office to protect and defend the constitution of the United States.  Continuing to ignore the issue only harms the constitution and threatens the freedom of American citizens.  Obama is a criminal fraud, if it matters in the next election, it matters now.

UPDATE: Its Not There, So You Can't See It

Today in an article posted on NewsMax, Gov. Abercrombie claims now he is prevented from disclosing the non-existent Obama birth certificate by the state's attorney general.  The absurdity of the claim is amazing in that Abercrombie is a life-long personal friend to Obama and should easily be able to obtain permission from the Pretender himself by phone.  Criminal fraud.

A few days ago Hawaii State Governor Neil Abercrombie publicly announced that he was unable to find Barack Hussein Obama's original birth certificate authenticating what many had already known to be true.  Obama was not born in the United States.  Further, this truth when taken with the confession Obama himself made in his book Dreams From My Father that his parents were not both US Citizens, proves beyond all doubt that he is ineligible to hold the office of President of the United States.  Yet our leadership, in both houses, ignoring the news, seem to pretend that its not happened.  The main-stream media seem to pretend such information is not news.  Newsprint sources likewise.  Our military leadership pretends that the chain-of-command is not compromised.  The supreme court pretends that it has no responsibility to consider the facts or merits of the case.  But the biggest pretender of them all is Barack Hussein Obama himself.  He has known all along of his ineligibility and has falsely represented himself to the American people. That makes him a felony fraud. He has knowingly submitted signed documents with false information.  He has committed felony perjury. He has knowingly usurped the authority of the office of the President of the United States which makes him a criminal usurper.  Barack Hussein Obama is a criminal fraud and usurper and we are all pretending that he is not.
