"This word imports a betraying, treachery, or breach of allegiance.

The Constitution of the United States, Art. III, defines treason against the United States to consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid or comfort. This offence is punished with death. By the same article of the Constitution, no person shall be convicted of treason, unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court." 

In colluding with the Muslim Brotherhood, a self-described radical Islamic enemy of the United States who have publicly declared war against us, Barack Hussein Obama has adhered to the enemy and given them aid and comfort.  His open support of the ascension of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt is clearly in opposition to American interests and threatens US sovereignty.  When these actions are taken into consideration with Obama's preemptive surrender in Iraq and Afghanistan along with the removal of our troops, it is clear that Obama's allegiance is not with the United States.  In fact, it could be argued that all of Obama's policies are designed to reduce, weaken and destroy the United States and strengthen our enemies.  Therefore, Barack Hussein Obama is a Traitor to the United States and should be held accountable for his betrayal.
